Who are we and what do we do? When Scott lost his courageous fight for life on August 17 2003, the vision for The Scott Young Foundation began to evolve and it continues today . It took a few years to obtain charitable status from the Canadian Government. During that time many generous people continued to financially support the efforts towards this vision and enabled The Scott Young Foundation to become a reality. Scott had an unrelenting generosity and desire to make a difference to those who touched his life during his 39 years. The Scott Young Foundation has provided a vehicle to continue that generosity.
